What’s Thai and green? No, I’m not talking about Thai green curry, but the luxurious five-star Fair House Villas & Spa eco-hotel! The gorgeous natural surroundings allow for blissful sun-soaked relaxation along with plenty of excitement. The hotel itself does a perfect job of blending rest and rejevenation, with a plethora of activities to engage and also educate guests. As ever since I was a child, I have always wanted to help save the planet, I was very excited to learn about, and have the chance to take part in the hotel's coral reef preservation efforts. The Fair House Villas & Spa **** is situated on the Mae Nam beachfront, on Koh Samui island. It is located a few kilometres from the centre of town and from the Chaweng beach.

ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITIES

  • Thailand has a visa exemption agreement with a number of countries, including the UK and countries in the EU. This allows for a maximum stay of 30 days upon entering Thailand via an international airport or land border checkpoint from neighboring countries.

    The visit must be strictly for tourism purposes, visitors must have a confirmed return ticket/proof of onward travel for within 30 days of entry (open tickets do not qualify), and visitors must have proof of funds of at least 10,000 THB per person.

BY PLANE

  • Samui International Airport (USM) sits about 2km / 1.2mi north of Chaweng, the island's main city. It is around 9km / 20 minutes’ drive from the hotel.

    The airport mostly receives flights from elsewhere in Thailand and Asia. We recommend flying via Bangkok, changing at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK).
