H10 Estepona Palace lives up to its name. It is a grand, yet typically Andalusian-style building; a vision of bright white shining in the hot sun. The rooms are elegant, spacious and decorated in a nautical style. As you enjoy the stunning sea views from your own private balcony you may be tempted to never leave the hotel.
If you decided not to, who could blame you, as here you will find everything you could possibly need for your holiday. The Alboran restaurant provides half-board dining, with a variety of fresh dishes and international themed specialities. Within the hotel complex itself are 3 freshwater pools, a spa including a Turkish bath, a fitness centre, chill out terrace, poolside restaurant, and a list of services that quite frankly stretch almost as far as the coastline!
Speaking of the coastline, it is easy to see why Estepona, known for its beautiful beaches which cover 21km, is such a popular destination. The sea that surrounds it combines with fertile valleys and mountainous backdrops to create a micro-climate that is pleasant all year round. Once purely a fishing and farming town, there have undoubtedly been some changes to Estepona over the years. Yet its intimate cobbled streets are a far cry from the usual Costa del Sol imagery. Arguably it is one of few coastal towns in the region that has succeeded in keeping its character despite its success. Tapas bars which spill out onto the pavements still sell the local delicacies, while steep narrow paths wind their way around the old town. Add to the mix quaint shops and an elegant fishing port and you’ll begin to get a glimpse of its appeal.
