  • Prague is known to some as the City of 100 Spires, to others as the Golden City. Decide for yourself which is more apt as you gaze across the skyline from this high-rise panoramic view.
  • The top floor spa and gym. A visit to the gym is rarely a priority on holiday (the spa is a different story), but the view from the top floor makes a quick workout well worth it.
  • The hearty breakfast provided each morning, setting you up for the day’s exploring.
  • The location, peacefully settled outside the hustle and bustle of the main city centre, but only a few short stops away by metro when you want to explore.
Panorama Hotel Prague ★★★★

See a new side of Prague from this towering four-star hotel.

Exceptional

Seeing an entire city usually involves a few days, a lot of walking, and often some wrestling with a giant map that will not fold up no matter what you do. Not so at the Panorama Hotel Prague. From their huge windows and great heights, a visitor of Prague can see the entire city without stepping outside the hotel doors. Get a glimpse of the winding cobbled lanes of the Old Town , the glittering expanses of the Vltava River and the stunning, spiralling architecture of Prague Castle. And when you want to investigate the city more closely – well, it’s all just a few metro stops away.

Chic idea: to make the most of your time in Prague, book your tickets in advance for a wide range of activities, here.

BY PLANE

  • The city is served by Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG), located around 10 km / 6 mi west of the city centre.

It is fairly well served, and receives flights from most captials and a number of other major cities across Europe. The airport serves as a hub for Czech Airlines, and also as a base for SmartWings, Wizz Air, and Ryanair.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

  • By taxi: A taxi from the airport to the hotel will take around 25 minutes and will cost 750 to 900 Czech Koruna (27€ - 33€).

By bus/metro: The Ae bus goes from the airport to the main train station (Praha Hlavni Nadrazi) every half an hour and costs 45 to 60 Czech Koruna (1€ - 2€). From there, get the metro to Praha Pankrac and it is then a 5 minute walk to the hotel.
