The towering summits of Mont Blanc are a formidable backdrop. The mountain quite literally dwarfs everything before it, an unmistakeable presence that looms large above all in its path. And while the Hotel Mont Blanc Chamonix may be in the shadow of Mont Blanc, it’s most certainly not overshadowed by it. With world-class service, access to the best outdoor activities around, and, let’s face it, some of the best views in Europe, it’s not just Mont Blanc towering above the competition.

    - From Germany: Easy jet offers direct flights from Hamburg and Berlin. Germanwings offers direct flights from Hamburg and Dusseldorf.

    - From the Netherlands: Easyjet and KLM offer direct flights from Amsterdam.

    - From Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland: Indirect flights are available with Brussels Airlines from all four respective capitals. Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

  • By transfer: The hotel can provide an airport transfer on request and for a surcharge.

    By bus    : There are four daily buses from Geneva Airport to Chamonix Mont Blanc, taking around 90 minutes and costing 35€ - 55€. It is then a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel.

    By car: From Geneva, get onto the A1/E25/E62 towards A1a/France/Genève-La Praille/Perly/St-Julien then continue onto the A1 and A41. Take the A40/E21/E62 exit toward Paris/Lyon/Annecy then merge onto the A40 and continue onto the N205. Take the D1506 exit towards Chamonix-Mont-Blanc/Martigny then at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit ontoRoute Blanche/D1506 then the 3rd exit onto Avenue de Courmayeur. Continue on Avenue de Courmayeur which turns slightly to the right and becomes Place Lionel Terray. Take the 1st exit onto Allée Recteur Payot then turn right onto Passage de l'Outa and the hotel will be on your left.
