The tallest building in the world, the largest chocolate sculpture, the longest painting, and largest display of hanging baskets… Dubai’s list of world records is extensive and wildly varied, demonstrating exactly what Dubai is best at; going above and beyond what most cities are willing to do, throwing itself whole heartedly into becoming the best at whatever it chooses to do. There may not be an official world record for the most luxurious hotel, but if there were, the five-star Park Hyatt Dubai would be Dubai’s contender.
