There’s more to Alsace than its world-famous white wines; the area bordered by Germany to the East and Switzerland to the South is fiercely proud of its unique culture, cuisine, architecture, and language. Most of all, it is a haven of nature, with the rolling rounded hills of the Vosges creating a scenic backdrop for heavenly countryside dotted with wild flowers like colourful jewels sprinkled over the hillsides. One of these jewels is Les Violettes Hotel & Spa ****.
