H10 Puerta de Alcalá ★★★★

Experience multifaceted Madrid from an arty establishment.

Remarkable
8.6 /10
By Catherine McKie, VeryChic correspondent
H10 Puerta de Alcalá embodies an amalgamation of both the old and the new: although fully refurbished in 2016 with a modern interior, its name derives from a neo-classical arch monument that is, in fact, older than the Arc de Triomphe in Paris or the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin. Madrid itself is extremely multifaceted, with traditional culture and architecture coming together with contemporary art and a cosmopolitan atmosphere. A stay at this hotel symbolises an opportunity to experience the many sides of this wonderful city.
