Grand Millennium Muscat ★★★★

An authentic Omani experience in 4-star luxury.

By Kathryn Atkins, VeryChic correspondent
If you thought Oman would be like its Emirati neighbours, prepare to be stunned. Here the vibe is all about authenticity, generosity, and serenity, with discretion as the name of the game rather than brash modern luxury. Muscat itself looks very much like it would have back in the 16th century when sea trade made it a prize destination, all buildings adhering to strict policies designed to preserve this elegant capital’s authentic look and atmosphere. Offering 4-star luxury in the midst of this beauty is the Grand Millennium Muscat, complete with a sumptuous spa and great service.
