The closest airport to the hotel is Nantes Atlantique Airport (NTE), about 8 km (5.0 mi) southwest of Nantes city centre.
The airport receives a number of national and international flights. Some of the airlines which operate the most flights from capitals and other large cities across Europe, include,: Air France, EasyJet, Flybe, Transavia, Volotea and Vueling.
FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL
- By public transport: It is possible to get to the hotel by public transport although it is not the most convenient method. You will have to catch a shuttle to Nantes train station, followed by a train to Saint Nazaire and finally a bus to Missillac.
The Navette Tan Air shuttle runs between the airport and Nantes train station, taking 20 minutes and costing 7.50€. Direct trains to Saint-Nazaire leave regularly from the train station. Depending on the train, it can take either 30 minutes or an hour and costs between 10 and 14€. Note that the last train you can take which will arrive in time for the last bus is at 6 pm. From Saint-Nazaire, catch the T5-1 bus (opereated by Lila) to Missillac and get off at the Église stop. It takes 45 minutes and tickets cost 2.40€. It is then a 10-15 minute walk along the Rue du Château to the hotel.
- By car: This is the recommended and most convenient way of getting to the hotel. Immediately as you leave the airport, follow signs for Nantes and then follow signs for Vannes via the D844 (the Nantes ring road). Keep following signs for Vannes onto the N444 and subsequently straight onto the N165. Continue along the N165 and eventually take exit 14 for Missillac. Take a right at the roundabout and follow this road until you see the hotel.
