BY PLANE
Avignon – Provence Airport (AVN) is located around 8 km / 5 mi southeast of Avignon. The airport is little served however, receiving seasonal flights only from London, Birmingham and Southend in the UK.
Nîmes Airport (FNI) is located around 9 km / 5.5 mi south-southeast of Nîmes, and around 54 km / 34 mi (45 minutes) drive to the southwest of the hotel. Ryanair operate regular flights from London and Brussels Charleroi (and seasonally from Liverpool).
Marseille-Provence Airport (MRS) is the closest well-served airport, located about 27 km / 17 mi northwest of Marseille, and around 90 km / 54 mi south of the hotel.
The airport is served regularly by flights from capitals and major cities from across Europe.
HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORTS TO THE HOTEL
A taxi from Avignon Airport to the city centre will cost around 15-20€ and takes around 20-25 minutes. Otherwise there are several buses that operate between the airport and city centre.
A shuttle bus operates between Nimes Airport and Nimes city centre, from there you may take a train to Avignon, taking around 40 minutes.
From Marseille Airport catch the 5 minute shuttle to Vitrolles Marseille Provence Airport Station. From there, take the train to Avignon Centre. The journey should take around 1 hour and 20 minutes.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
