The Hotel Rival **** is situated in the heart of the beautiful Swedish capital, Stockholm. Just over a kilometre away from the hotel sits the magnificent Royal Palace of Stockholm.

PLANE

  • The best well served airport close to the hotel is Stockholm Arlanda Airport. It is the main airport serving the Swedish capital, situated 37 km north of the city centre, and about 50 kilometres from the hotel. This airport receives year-round flights from most major cities and capitals across Europe.

    Stockholm Skavsta Airport is the second airport serving the capital, and is located about 100 kilometres southwest of Stockholm. It is less well served internationally but does receive year round flight from some major cities cities and capitals across Europe, being mainly served by low-cost airlines such as Ryanair and Wizz Air.

HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL

    - Taking a taxi to the hotel
    - Renting a car
    - Taking public transport


    What to do if you choose to take public transport:


    Once you have arrived at the airport, make your way to Arlanda Södra station. Then take the Arlanda Express bus towards Stockholm Centralstation. Once arrived at Stockholm Central Station, get off the bus and head to the T-Centralen metro station. Take the T14 metro towards Fruängen T-bana and get off at Mariatorget.


    The hotel will then be located 170 metres away. Head north towards Swedenborgsgatan to Sankt Paulsgatan. Turn right towards Mariatorget. Your destination will then be on the left.


    The journey time is approximately 45 minutes.
