Corsica is unlike any part of France. Situated in the Mediterranean, its cuisine is full of the flavours and colours of its sun-baked produce, while its inhabitants pepper their French with colourful Corsican expressions and exclamations more akin to Italian than anything you’ll hear on the mainland.
