Embark upon a dizzying exploration of the ancient past, the ultramodern present and the fantastic future with a stay at Novotel Poitiers Site du Futuroscope. This contemporary hotel is a short walk from the Futuroscope theme park and 12 kilometres north of Poitiers, the UNESCO-rated capital city of the Vienne department. Conveniently located, this hotel provides an ideal base for an adventurous and educational break and is a great stopping point to break up a journey between the north and south of France.

Novotel Poitiers Site du Futuroscope **** is located 10 minutes by foot from the well known Futuroscope themepark in Poitiers and the Congress Palace.

BY PLANE

  • Poitiers–Biard Airport (PIS) is located just west of Poitiers, around 12 km / 7.5 mi / 16 minutes' drive from the hotel. The airport is little served, however does receive regular flights from Lyon and London. Other airports within 1-3 hours' drive from the hotel include: La Rochelle, Tours, Angers, Limoges and the better served, Bordeaux and Nantes.

BY TRAIN

  • Gare du Futuroscope, located around 2km / 1.5 mi from the hotel, is connected to France's high-speed TGV network, which connects with the Eurostar from the UK, and other high-speed train services such as Thalys from other neighbouring countries.

    Gare de Poitiers is the main station in the city of Poitiers, around 21 minutes' drive from the hotel. The station receives both regular train services and high-speed TGV services (on the same line as the Futuroscope-TGV station).
