The Novotel Blois Centre Val de Loire **** is located 10 minutes by foot from the centre of Blois, ideally situated in order to discover the Loire Valley's many châteaux.
BY PLANE
The closest airport is Tours Val de Loire Airport (TUF) found around 60 km (42 minutes' drive) from the hotel. However this airport is little-served, receiving flights with Ryanair from London-Stansted, Dublin, Porto and Marrakesh.
A better alternative would be to fly to Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), located 25 km / 16 mi to the northeast of Paris and 206 km / 128 mi (around 2 hours 13 minutes' drive) from the hotel, or Paris Orly (ORY), located 13 km / 8.1 mi south of Paris and 174 km / 108 mi (around 1 hour 39 minutes' drive) from the hotel. Both receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe.
BY TRAIN
From the UK it is possible to book trains to Paris via Eurostar, otherwise Thalys or TGV operate from other neighbouring counties and elsewhere in France. Most international trains arrive at Paris Gare du Nord or Paris Gare de l'Est.
From Paris trains run to Blois station, located 1.5 km / 0.6 mi (around 7 minutes' drive) from the hotel.
From central Paris there are trains that run directly from Gare Austerlitz or Gare de Montparnasse that take around 2 hours. From Charles de Gaulle airport, you will have to take an indirect train and change at Sant Pierre des Corps. From Orly Airport, you can take a 15 minute train to Massy TGV station, from which you will also have to take an indirect train and change at Sant Pierre des Corps.
