Melia White House Hotel ★★★★

Tradition meets modernity in a peaceful part of London.

By Hannah Wright, VeryChic correspondent
When planning a trip to London, it can be hard to decide on a base without compromising on something. For a peaceful yet central spot surrounded by history, you can't beat the large green expanse that is Regent's Park. Originally created as an estate for the aristocracy to build their mansions and palaces, the park is an idyllic oasis in the heart of the city. Not only does the Melia White House Hotel enjoy a prime location in this verdant part of London, it also boasts elegantly furnished rooms, beautiful architecture, sublime cuisine and a stylish cocktail bar.
