The Fonscolombe vineyards date back to Roman times and are renowned for producing quality wines with fine and fruity notes. The gorgeous Mediterranean climate allows the castle grounds to produce mellow Melots, crisp Chardonnays and organic Cabernet Sauvignons. Presented a la carte, on the sun-soaked terraces of the Orangerie Restaurant, the sublime flavours of local cuisine will not disappoint. To start, try butter roasted scallops floating in a citrus vinaigrette. Follow with, French beef back steak, crispy homemade fries and a silky béarnaise sauce, before finishing with paper thin apple pie and sticky saltwater taffy.
