In the centre of Cantal's Châtaigneraie region, surrounded by immense natural beauty, you will find the Auberge de la Tour, a charming 17th century inn, restored and renovated to create a fantastic gastronomic hotel-restaurant. The standout feature of this hotel is the Michelin starred restaurant, run by the highly capable Chef Renaud Darmanin. Using fresh seasonal products,homegrown herbs and local flavours with innovative twists, the restaurant is an incredibly special highlight to what is already an amazing hotel!
