Hidden away in the North East coast of Mauritius, where the weather is pleasant all year round, the Mythic Suites & Villas hotel welcomes you in the Grand Gaube region of the island.

ADMINISTRATIVE FORMALITIES

  • Visitors from many countries, including the UK and countries in the European Union, do not need a visa to enter Mauritius for tourism purposes. On arrival, your passport will be stamped allowing entry to the country for 60 days. You’ll need to be able to provide evidence of onward or return travel. (Visitors from a number of other countries can obtain a visa for tourism purposes upon arrival in Mauritius).

    Your passport should be valid for the proposed duration of your stay. No additional period of validity beyond this is required. It should have at least one blank passport page.

BY PLANE

  • Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU) is located around 48 km / 30 mi southeast of the capital city, Port Louis. It is around 72km / 45mi (1 hour and 10 minutes') drive from the hotel.

    It is the main international airport of Mauritius and does receive some direct flights, regular and seasonal, from major European cities, including from the UK. Alternatively, it may be necessary to fly indirect via, for example, Dar es Salaam in Tanzania.
