HEALTH MEASURES
Measures implemented by your hotel
• General measures: posters with health measures in the communal areas and the rooms, floor markings, 1 person/family in the lift at one time, no standing in the entrance area
• Communal areas: hydro-alcoholic gel available, the restaurant is closed and the pool is only accessible via reservation
• Cleaning: cleaning of rooms by a masked and gloves member of staff, use of disinfectant and virucidal products according to the EN14476 standard on all equipment and surfaces, after each departure the room is blocked for 24 hours, as far as possible, before complete cleaning and disinfection, change of cleaning equipment between each room (cloths, microfibre, wipes…), systematic change of all linen and reception products in the room between each guest, cleaning and disinfection of common areas several times a day (contact points, lift, etc.), room key cards are disinfected after each use
• Staff: no member of staff is allowed to re-enter a disinfected and cleaned room, staff wear masks, gloves, visors, plexiglass screen at reception, staff fully trained in health measures, cleaning and disinfection as well as what to do if symptoms of Covid-19 appear
• Breakfasts: individual packaging of breakfast products, breakfast upon reservation made the day before (in room service or in the dining room, subject to availability)
