BY PLANE

  • Paris is served by three main airports: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), 25 km / 16 mi to the northeast, Paris Orly (ORY), 13 km / 8.1 mi to the south, and Paris Beauvais (BVA), about 85 km / 53 mi to the north (near Beauvais).

    Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly receive flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe, including the UK. Meanwhile, mainly low-cost airlines operate to Paris Beauvais, from a number of cities across Europe, including the UK.

    To the hotel:

    From Paris Charles de Gaulle:


    • Taxi: found outside each terminal, be sure to take an official licensed taxi from the rank, fares vary greatly depending on traffic.
    • Train: take the RER line B to Châtelet-Les Halles station, then transfer to Metro line 7 towards Mairie d'Ivry. Get off at Pont Neuf station, which is within walking distance to the hotel.
    • Bus: take the Roissybus to Opéra Garnier. From there, take Bus line 21 towards Stade Charléty and get off at Pont Neuf - Quai du Louvre. The hotel is a short walk away.

    From Paris Orly Airport:

    •Taxi: found outside each terminal, be sure to take an official licensed taxi from the rank, fares vary greatly according to traffic.
    •Train: the Orlyval bus connects with the RER at Antony station, from there take line B to Châtelet-Les Halles station. Then transfer to Metro line 7 towards La Courneuve – 8 Mai 1945 and get off at Pont Neuf, which is close to the hotel.
    •Bus: take the Orlybus to Denfert-Rochereau. From there, take Metro line 6 towards Charles de Gaulle – Étoile and get off at Pont Neuf station. The hotel is within walking distance from the station.

    From Paris-Beauvais Airport:

    Bus: a shuttle bus service operates to Paris–Porte Maillot taking around 1 hour & 15 minutes. From there, take Metro line 1 towards Château de Vincennes and get off at Louvre – Rivoli station. The hotel is a short walk from the station.

BY TRAIN

  • It is possible to reach Paris from a number of neighbouring countries including the UK, as well as elsewhere in France, via high-speed train services (for example Eurostar, Thalys, and France's TGV). Most international trains arrive at Paris Gare du Nord or Paris Gare de l'Est.
