Looking out over the waters of the Mediterranean, the sleepy fishing hamlet of Elounda is an enchanting getaway set amid traditional Cretan tavernas under the shade of carob trees dotting the unhurried coastline and traditional fishing boats moored by the docks. The Elounda Palm Hotel & Suites is a delightful family getaway where the meaning of time seems to disappear into the mesmerising blue of water and sky.

  • Heraklion International Airport, “Nikos Kazantzakis” (HER), Crete's main airport, sits around 5 km / 3 mi east of Heraklion on the central northern coast, and about 70 km / 40 mi / 1 hours' drive west of the hotel.

    The airport receives flights from a large number of cities across Europe, including the UK. Many flights operate in the summer seaon, otherwise it may be required to fly indirect via Athens.
