The practical way to arrive is taking a motorboat directly at the airport with ACTV or Alilaguna Lines. The boat stops right in front of the hotel and tickets cost between £5 and £11.
The Venezia Santa Lucia train station is 2 km from the hotel (15 min by taxi-boat). A private jetty at the hotel entrance allows motorboats and gondolas to moor.
