Be sure to take a licensed taxi from the designated taxi rank, it can be an expensive option including any tolls on the way, and a 15% tip. Alternatively take the AirTrain, or the NYC Airporter bus.
From Newark Liberty Airport:
Take the AirTrain to Newark Airport Railroad Station, followed by a NEC or NJCL train into Manhattan.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
