BY PLANE
Paris is served by three main airports: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), located 25 km / 16 mi to the northeast of Paris, Paris Orly (ORY), located 13 km / 8.1 mi south of Paris, and Paris Beauvais (BVA), around 85 km / 53 mi north of Paris (near the city of Beauvais).
Charles de Gaulle and Orly receive numerous flights from most capitals and major cities across Europe, including the UK. Meanwhile, low-cost airlines (notably Ryanair), also operate many routes to Paris Beauvais.
From Paris Charles de Gaulle to the hotel:
• Taxi: sure to take an official licensed taxi from the rank, times and fares vary depending on traffic.
• Train/bus: take Line B of the RER, which departs every 20 minutes, to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame, from there take the no.47 bus to Banquier, a minutes' walk from the hotel.
From Paris Orly Airport to the hotel:
• Taxi: sure to take an official licensed taxi from the rank, times and fares vary depending on traffic.
• Tram/bus: take the T7 tram to Villejuif - Louis Aragon, then change for the metro, line M7, to Les Gobelins, a 3 minute walk from the hotel.
From Paris-Beauvais Airport to the hotel:
• Train/bus: take the shuttle bus service to Paris–Porte Maillot. From there, take metro line M1 to Palais Royal–Musée du Louvre and change for line M7 to Les Gobelins, a 3 minute walk from the hotel.
BY TRAIN
It is possible to reach Paris from a number of neighbouring countries including the UK, as well as elsewhere in France, via high-speed train services (for example Eurostar, Thalys, and France's TGV).
Most international trains arrive at Paris Gare du Nord or Paris Gare de l'Est. From either station, take the metro, line M5, to Campo-Formio, a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
