Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), often referred to as "L.A.X.", is the main international airport of Los Angeles. Located in the Westchester neighbourhood, it is about 29 km / 18 mi southwest of Downtown Los Angeles. The airport is very well-served internationally, and receives direct flights from a number of capitals and other major cities across Europe, including the UK.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
