Waldorf Trocadero ★★★★

You’ll be singing this stylish Parisian hotel’s praises after just one visit!

By Fiona Tindale, VeryChic correspondent
Place du Trocadéro in Paris is a square full of culture, museums and fantastic restaurants with terraces overlooking the Eiffel Tower - undoubtedly one of the best views in Paris! The square is steeped in history and the Palais du Trocadéro was built there especially for the World’s Fair in 1867 (Exposition Universelle) where Claude Debussy, one of France’s most remarkable composers, heard a Javanese gamelan ensemble which helped inspire some of his later compositions. This shows how this square and palace have contributed to France’s history and culture in so many ways. Just a stone’s throw away from this famous square is the Hotel Waldorf Trocadéro, and with its personalised service and luxurious décor it is rather akin to a palace itself. On your next trip to Paris, choose the Waldorf Trocadéro and immerse yourself in the incredible culture of this beautiful capital city!
