Riad Wow ★★★★★

Luxurious intimate Riad in the heart of Marrakech.

By Lizzie Davey, VeryChic correspondent
Contemporary hotels often sacrifice cosy comfort for sophisticated style: but when I stay somewhere, I like to look for an authentic destination that offers guests an opulent, luxurious stay. As I wandered through the heaving streets of the medina and through the bright bazaars to the Riad Wow, I was happy to discover traditional aspects of Moroccan design reflected in the hotel’s rich decor, the warm, lantern-lit ambience, and the soft, decorative rugs throughout. During my stay in magical Morocco, I found myself wowed on many occasions: starting early, in the hotel lobby.
