Initially for me, Mallorca conjured up pictures of mass tourism and kiss-me-quick hats – wrong, wrong, wrong! Upon arrival at the Es Revellar Art Resort*****, my only possible reaction was – wow! The hotel is an artwork in itself full of extraordinary treasures, and all the while set in the loveliest countryside you can imagine in the unspoiled south-east of this Mediterranean island. Here you will discover a totally different, and definitely the ‘right’, side of sunny Mallorca.

Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI), also known as Son Sant Juan Airport, lies around 33.2 km / 20.5 mi (around 30 minutes' drive) from the hotel.
The airport is fairly well-served internationally with a number of year-round flights and many seasonal flights from capitals and other large cities across Europe. The airport is the main base for Spanish carrier Air Europa and also acts as a focus airport for Ryanair, EasyJet and Vueling.
HOW TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL
- By taxi: The journey is about 25 mins and will cost around 40€ for a maximum of 4 passengers.
- By car: Leaving the airport take the Autopista de Levante, keeping on the left lane and following the directions to Platja de Palma / Santanyí, and merge onto the ma-19. Take exit 26 to the right in the direction of Llucmajor / Campos. Arriving in Campos, take the first exit off the roundabout, signposted Sa Rapita (Eroski supermarket will be on your left).
At the following roundabout, take the first exit (signposted as cyclist route) and follow this country road for 3.7km, past a school and some old farm buildings, untill you see the red walls of Es Revellar. Turn left onto the lane at the end of the wall and the electric gates are on the left. Press the intercom and the gates will open. You will find reception on the left hand side.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and French bank holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
