By Jo Weston, VeryChic correspondent
A colleague came back from her holidays looking particularly glowing. I asked where she’d been, thinking that I wanted whatever she was on! ‘Hard to describe’ was the unsatisfactory reply. ‘Not exactly a boutique hotel, not exactly an eco-lodge, it was sort of luxurious and sort of simple at the same time’ … We were getting nowhere. ‘But the name! Please!’ Finally she told me about the Hotel Consolación in the Teruel Province.
