Radisson Blu Hôtel Marseille Vieux-Port ★★★★

Breathtaking views of the Old Port and the Citadel of Saint Nicolas...

By Jo Weston, VeryChic correspondent
Marseilles is a bubbling port city rich in culture, contemporary art, and trendy urban spaces. It is France’s oldest city, founded by the Greeks back in 600 BC and it has only grown since then with influences from all over Europe and now the world. Ports naturally have quite a cosmopolitan feel and you’ll notice they have a fast paced and busy rhythm, especially Marseille with its array of world cuisine restaurants, multicultural celebrations, intriguing boutiques and music from the East and West and everything in between. Amongst all this though there is still natural beauty to be found; don’t miss the dazzling orange and pink sunsets over the port!
